NIRMAN BOND SBR 30-NBS 351- latex-based waterproofing & and bonding agent formulated as an integral adhesive for slurry bond coats, mortars & and concrete to improve bond strength & and chemical resistance ideal for producing high abrasion-resistant floors, for use in internal & and external rendering flooring screeds and patch repairs, when dry the finished mortars/concrete show a vastly improves resistance to water

- For general concrete repair and reconstruction work & and waterproofing,
- for making repair mortar for mending damaged spots in the precast concrete industry.
- for enabling strong and non-preable joints between old and new concrete when mixed with mortar,
- for premable fixing tiles, floor screeds, and mosaic tiling, and for repairing cracks & and sealing porous surfaces and latex-modified overlays.
